Studio Cycling classes use our special stationary exercise bikes with weighted flywheel which allows this class to work on endurance, strength, intervals, high-intensity and recovery.
Studio Cycling classes take place throughout the week at various times. Price for Studio Cycling sessions are £3.00 members , £6 non-members.
