Children's Classes
Our classes take place throughout the week and are available to members and non-members.
Junior Gym
A great opportunity for 10-15 year olds to work out in an open gym session, improving their fitness whilst making friends. A fully qualified gym instructor will be on hand during the session to give help, tips and advice. Participants require a gym induction prior to attending their first session. Junior gym sessions run Monday to Friday 16:00 - 17:30, and Weekends 12:00-13:30. Booking is essential as spaces are limited in each session.
Junior Table Tennis
Ernie George will help you to reach your full potential as a Table Tennis player, whilst enjoying yourself along the way. This class is suitable for 10-15 year old girls and boys. All equipment provided.
Table Tennis Social
Suitable for all ages and abilities. Come along to meet like-minded table tennis enthusiasts and hone your skills in a relaxed and social environment. Adults may also attend this session.
Tots Squash
Bring your little one along for some enjoyable games using our specialised mini squash equipment. This session is suitable for 2-5 year olds focusing on fun games improving agility, balance and coordination.
Mini Squash
Children aged 5-9 years will get involved with pairs practice, improve technique, work in small groups and compete in fun games. Sessions are lead by fully qualified, experienced squash coaches.
Junior Squash
Sessions are suitable for 10-17 year olds looking to improve technique, fitness, movement and tactics. All abilities welcome, from beginners to advanced juniors.
Junior Squash Matchplay
Matchplay is perfect for juniors who can serve and return serve, and are looking to spend more time on court to improve their game. Organised by our coaches, who are on hand to offer coaching tips.
