Our fully air-conditioned gym is available to gold members. Our gym facilitates wide range of cardiovascular equipment, a Smith machine, dual-pulley resistance equipment, barbells (up to 35kg), free weights (up to 45kg), tufnuts, plyometric box, sand bags, sleds and kettlebells. All members must complete a PAR-Q form to assess fitness, new gym users and juniors must undertake an induction before using our gym. Fitness programmes are available from our gym instructors to develop and reach your goals. Please book inductions and programmes in advance via reception.

Personal Training
Our resident personal trainers are Adam Warnes and Lloyd Chettle. Personal trainer sessions can be booked for 1-1 or group training via reception.
1-1 personal training is £25ph or £125 for 6 (1 hour) sessions.
Group personal training (max 3) is £35pd or £175 for 6 (1 hour) sessions.
