Our classes take place throughout the week and are available to members and non-members.
Kettlebell Sculpt & Tone
This is a workout that teaches the foundations of Russian-born kettlebells. Helping to build stamina, muscle strength and focus, burn calories and boost aerobic capacity building lean toned muscles. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Kettlebells & Intro to Kettlebells
Burn up to 400 calories in 20 minutes: Thats's what you'll get from a kettlebell workout. A kettlebell looks like a cast-iron cannonball with a handle on top. They come in various weights. You'll use them as you do things like lunges, lifts and shoulder presses. The workout gets your heart pumping and use up to 20 calories per minute: about as much as running a 6-minute mile. Kettlebell workouts offer a lot of flexibility. You can include a few of the moves in your own workout or do a dedicated kettlebell workout a few times a week. Class is suitable for all levels of fitness.
Studio Cycling
Work your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and core whilst increasing your VO2 max (rate oxygen is carried to muscles), to push your body and increase your fitness. Classes led by our Level 2 studio cycling instructors, Nicola Bridge and Lloyd Chettle. Limited spaces, booking required.
Water Aerobics
A great low-impact workout in the relaxing comfort of water. The weightlessness reduces stress on weight bearing joints and the risk of injury.
Yoga & Relaxation
Suitable for all, this class integrates various styles of yoga to help students gain awareness of the body and its potential. This is a great class for relieving stress and muscular tension. Yoga is practiced barefoot in comfortable loose or stretchy clothing. Mats are provided but you are encouraged to bring your own.
Table Tennis Social
Suitable for all ages and abilities. Come along to meet like-minded table tennis enthusiasts and hone your skills in a relaxed and social environment. Juniors may also attend this session.
