Adult Classes

Our classes take place throughout the week and are available to members and non-members.

Kettlebells & Intro to Kettlebells
Burn up to 400 calories in 20 minutes: Thats's what you'll get from a kettlebell workout. A kettlebell looks like a cast-iron cannonball with a handle on top. They come in various weights. You'll use them as you do things like lunges, lifts and shoulder presses. The workout gets your heart pumping and use up to 20 calories per minute: about as much as running a 6-minute mile. Kettlebell workouts offer a lot of flexibility. You can include a few of the moves in your own workout or do a dedicated kettlebell workout a few times a week.

Yoga with Jessica
A wonderful flowing style of Yoga helping calm and focus the mind, creating strength and flexibility. Bring awareness to the mind and body though attention to breathing, postural alignment, relaxation and meditation. Classes suitable for all levels. Beginners welcome.

Studio Cycling
Work your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and core whilst increasing your VO2 max (rate oxygen is carried to muscles), to push your body and increase your fitness. Classes led by our Level 2 studio cycling instructors, Kim White and Hannah Jones. Limited spaces, booking required.

Water Aerobics
A great low-impact workout in the relaxing comfort of water. The weightlessness reduces stress on weight bearing joints and the risk of injury.

​Yoga & Relaxation
Suitable for all, this class integrates various styles of yoga to help students gain awareness of the body and its potential. This is a great class for relieving stress and muscular tension. Yoga is practiced barefoot in comfortable loose or stretchy clothing. Mats are provided but you are encouraged to bring your own.

Pilates
Pilates takes place in our dance studio and is suitable for all abilities. Level 1 provides the foundations of Pilates. Level 2 provides more progressive and challenging exercises.

Table Tennis Social
Suitable for all ages and abilities. Come along to meet like-minded table tennis enthusiasts and hone your skills in a relaxed and social environment. Juniors may also attend this session.

Squash 101
Suitable for beginner and intermediate players looking to learn how to play squash, some basic tactics, technique and movement. Come along to this relaxed and social session lead by one of our resident coaches.

Squash 57 Club Night
Suitable for beginners and advanced players. Learn how to play the sport, or improve and hone your own skills with the help of our resident coaches.
