Adult Classes
Our classes take place throughout the week and are available to members and non-members.
Studio Cycling
Work your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and core whilst increasing your VO2 max (rate oxygen is carried to muscles), to push your body and increase your fitness. Classes led by our Level 2 studio cycling instructors. Limited spaces, booking required.
Water Aerobics
A great low-impact workout in the relaxing comfort of water. The weightlessness reduces stress on weight bearing joints and the risk of injury.
Yoga & Relaxation
Suitable for all, this class integrates various styles of yoga to help students gain awareness of the body and its potential. This is a great class for relieving stress and muscular tension. Yoga is practiced barefoot in comfortable loose or stretchy clothing. Mats are provided but you are encouraged to bring your own.
Table Tennis Social
Suitable for all ages and abilities. Come along to meet like-minded table tennis enthusiasts and hone your skills in a relaxed and social environment. Juniors may also attend this session.
